1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Defects from the manufacturers
Insufficient invoices and documents
Incorrect size as requested in the order
Except for conditions stated in the Warranty Restrictions section

2. SCOPE OF WARRANTY APPLICATION

Warranty is only applicable within the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

3. WARRANTY REJECTION

Products restricted by law or government regulations:

War, riots, natural disasters...
Repairs or misuse: overloading, using past the calibration date, strong impacts that affect the internal structure, products that have been disassembled and assembled with incorrect internal components...
Damage or corrosion due to the environment such as acid rain, salt, hail, chemicals, lightning, flooding...

4. NECESSARY INFORMATION

In case of damage, customers need to prepare the following information:

Inform details description of product damage, working conditions, environmental and weather conditions
Model and year of manufacture
Order information, contract number, document number...
